Wafer product:

Wafer rolls are winded from a wafer sheet with engraving.

On GROSSMANN machines, they can be produced in various lengths and diameters.

Wafer rolls are a favoured confection that can be filled with e.g. chocolate, cream, whipped cream or ice-cream.

Moreover, they can be covered with chocolate or fat icing. Wafer rolls are often found in boxes of chocolates and cookies and they are delicious with coffee or tea.

Filling machines or enrobing lines can be added by another supplier.
