Wafer product:

Hollow wafers are crispy wafer rolls without engraving that are winded from a thin wafer sheet.

Available in different lengths and diameters, hollow wafers are an excellent decoration for desserts or ice-cream.

Especially in Switzerland or Spain, hollow wafers filled with e.g. a cream of chocolate, praliné, gianduia, coconut, almond or fruit flavour can be found in numerous stores. Besides, they are very popular with coffee or tea.

Filling machines can be added by another supplier.
