• Number of baking plates:  18 or 24 pairs
• Baking plate size:  215 mm in diameter max.
• Engraving:  at customer’s option
• Output:  approx. 850 up to 5,000 wafers per hour (depending on division and number of baking plates)

All GROSSMANN machines are adapted to individual customer requests, additional versions apart from the standard model are possible.

In a lot of countries all over the world, fan-shaped wafers are a popular decoration for desserts and ice-cream.

Various shapes (for example heart-shaped, triangular etc.), sizes (folded once or twice, two- or four-layered) and engravings (trademarks, monograms etc.) are possible according to customer specification. Special multiple folding makes the product even crispier and more tasteful. The fan-shaped wafers are ideal for cafés und ice-cream parlours.
