In a lot of countries all over the world, fan-shaped wafers are a popular decoration for desserts and ice-cream.

Various shapes (for example heart-shaped, triangular etc.), sizes (folded once or twice, two- or four-layered) and engravings (trademarks, monograms etc.) are possible according to customer specification. Special multiple folding makes the product even crispier and more tasteful. The fan-shaped wafers are ideal for cafés und ice-cream parlours.

Depending on the desired capacity, type SW-F (up to 5,000 wafers per hour) and SW-F 2000 (up to 12,000 wafers per hour) are available.
