GROSSMANN Wafer Baking Installations - innovation and tradition

The history of company GROSSMANN started more than 60 years ago with the foundation of the company by Hubert Großmann. Back then, in the year 1950, the very first Wafer Baking Machine
was developed and built in a small garage in Fredeburg.

Right from the beginning, priority was given to the quality and reliability of the machines.

Already at that time, GROSSMANN manufactured many Wafer Baking Installations for the international market and the machines were shipped worldwide.

Of course the logistics is handled in much more modern ways nowadays and it is possible to ship the machines to the most remote places in the world.

Over the intervening years, the production site was relocated to Hallenberg and Zueschen in order to meet the demands of the constantly growing business.

Since 1981, company GROSSMANN has been based in Frankenberg. The family-owned business is run in second generation by Lutz Großmann. Still today, the installations are being constructed and manufactured exclusively in Frankenberg/Germany and assure prime quality and innovative products on a constantly high level.
