Standard model:

  • Number of baking plates:  35, 45, 61, 91 or 121 pairs
  • Baking plate design: depending on the product size, it is possible to produce up to 6 waffles  per baking plate
  • Engraving: at customer’s option
  • Output: depending on the size and design of the waffles and the bake time
  • Additional equipment for cooling available

All GROSSMANN machines are adapted to individual customer requests, additional versions apart from the standard model are possible.

In many countries, soft and solid deep-honeycombed Brussels-type waffles are a popular product.

They can be produced in a wide range of shapes (rectangular, round, heart-shaped, etc.) for toasting, deep-freezing or for eating oven-fresh.Brussels Waffles

The development of a special version of the SW-S for amusement parks and the restaurant industry allows for a considerably higher output in comparison with a single waffle baking plate.
